Well, err I don't see why you should sue him, anyone could think of a pizza delivery game, for all you know he could just be 12 or 13. And I highly doubt you're going to sue him since that would be stupid. Besides he hasn't been on the site for fookin ages. So you need to contact him first before you sue him.

Okay, personally I don't give a shit if you sue him or not, if you do I don't care. I was just trying to reason with you like an adult (that sounded gay) and you reply like you're a little kid, unless you are a little kid messing about, I think you should take these cases more seriously.

For starters, copyright laws only covers original works, not ideas.
And if it is your game, is there anything to show that it was originally made by you? I mean Drew posted this over half a year ago...why start complaining now?
Copyright laws also state that you need to have some kind of proof you are the original creater or owner of the work, which can be something as simple as an early version of the work, having you name on it, or having some kind of legally binding contract stating that you own it on which both parties sign.
Do you know this guy anyway?

IF you did make that game, surely you must have the original plans and source code for the thing? If you do, then go ahead and make a BETTER game. If he just stole the game, he wouldn't have the means to make something better. Show the foo' who's boss!
