I remember we had a wintersports compo here once, still have the unfinished "Fishhead boarders" on my old pc. And I really start ranting like an old man now. I think the prizes were always pretty good, of course it's "make game with MMF, win MMF", I won MMF once and made a friend happy with it, which made me happier than I would be with $100 or something. www.hayovanreek.nl
