you can argue our sense of humor all you want. we will still find it more funny than you will. drop this cultural bullshit. we'll listen to ours and you listen to yours. no its not true that most amercans dont have a sense of humor, its that most american COMEDIANS dont have one. i've listened to countless american comedians and only found a handful truly humorous to me. and i mean truly roflmao humorous.
Who's the one spouting bull***? I never said we had to listen to the other one's comedians. Saying that most american comedians don't have a sense of humor is just as much bull hockey as saying we don't need air to live. Granted, there are alot of crappy comedians, but that doesn't mean they all are.

and adam. find me one post where i said amercans were better than british comedians. all i said EVER was they were hard to understand so i didnt find them as funny. youre the one who retorted "isnt english your native language? " and started the whole accents argument.
also to clarify ive said over and over that i dont even find that many american comedians funny. only a few
I watched a German comedy once and never laughed so hard.
General Australia and Europe > Irish & Scottish (Connolly, Lineham, Moran) > Northern UK (Spikey, older Kay, Woods, Noble) > Southern UK (Bailey, Dee, Armstrong) > US (more the TV shows than standup). IMO.
Well, if we're talking about US comedy TV shows, then I get where you're coming from. Shows like last comic standing are crap. They send the dirty and un-funny comics on. Bananas has some good ones though, and there are some smaller shows without so much publicity that make me laugh. (Thor Ramsey is pretty funny. )
