is there any joypad extension for MMF2? I'm trying to figure out how I can use an SNES controller in my game.

I'm pretty sure you can use the in-built "Player" object for that.

not that I know of--the in-built Player object can only map 4 buttons, right? The SNES controller has A, B, X, Y, L, R, Start, and Select--many of which are not mapped to the in-built Player object.

Yeah, there is a joypad extension. It's called the Joypad Object. It's included with the z33z extension pack, you can get it at clickteam.com.

And next time, Google is your friend.

I want a guitar hero guitar extension. Like the one Fret Nice uses!

I would imagine that it can be done through the joypad object, I don't think I can test it with a wireless controller :\.

It was a silly idea foricing the guitar as the only control option. Yes, a nice idea but seriosuly how many people have the guitar? And don't you need a special cable (Sold seperatly) to link it with your PC?
