can someone explain how i put the gif pics of the website together so i can show what it looks like?
I love doing graphics and i want to enter but i'm not familiar with website design and stuff like that.
Yeah, Just go to the main page and select view>source, then copy and paste all of that html into notepad, and save it as a .html file. Then open it with your broswer and you'll see everything's set out for you offline - you're just copying the layout info really
I would make one, but I'm kind of stuck in a position where I'm really into alpha channels, and web browsers have only just now caught up with me, so a lot of people still don't have the ability to view it correctly. That and they're usually large, so I'm going to have to pass on the competition unfortunately.
Pretty cool and retro The only thing about the design is that all sites look like that kinda thing these days :\ Doesn't take away from the fact its good though. Just sameyish imo
Also, with mitch (and if you're using PhotoShop CS+) - try adding:
blending options> satin> color burn> black, and set the black to between .. say 10 and 55 somewhere? Should give it a bit more depth and fit in a bit better hopefully Just to touch it up slightly, if you want...
