Tried redownloading the extension and bass.dll, but didn't work.

I remember someone having problems with a LOT of extensions, and all of these problems faded away after reinstalling MMF. Don't worry, your extensions won't be deleted when you do that...
Also, some random things might be unstable if you're using Windows Vista...

The thing is, if you would have detailed your situation more; like what you've tried and not, then people wouldn't have to write a whole lot of posts solely in vain. At least that's advice about the next time you need help.
I absolutely thought my piece of advice would solve your problem, but it seems not. Your problem seems even more serious. As of now I cannot help you personally, but I hope you'll fix it, and good luck.
