I like to use ArtIcons, which is an icon editor. I use it to do really pixel detail things.
If anyone asks, my games never get finished and thats why they don't get submitted.

Psp, and adobe photoshop, with tgf/cnc picture editor, and paint as a clipboard is pretty good.

I use mainly Photoshop cs 2.0. But for some objects i use Cinema 4d.
