But then pirates spend a lot of time at sea so unless the Ninjas can fly or at least swim really well the Pirates would have a home advantage offshore. it's quite a tough one. Well lets say the Ninjas snuck onboard without the Pirates knowing (because they can) and picked them off one by one without any of the others knowing or caring (remember they're blind drunk) .
