Ini´s are stored at HDD. And every read from /write to INI will be done from and to HDD . Which will slow down your game every time the INI is involved ... You said you have replaced the kc1000gv.cox . Have you also tried to reinstall MMF as suggested ? Have you reinstalled Windows as suggested ? I could swear that one of this will fix your problem ...
