The first thing you notice is the graphics. The background is good, the aliens are cool and the graphics are overall great. No music, mind.

However, it trips up on gameplay. I mean, really trips up. The hot spot is not set, meaning the ship jumps about oddly when you turn around. Also, one edge has a diagonal slope on it, making bouncing correctly rather difficult. There is also no ball control, apart from the rather difficult sloping edge, so getting that last damn alien can take ages.

The screen is really wide, and the aliens are far too close to the screen, making it quite hard. And, when you've done the level... you have to do it all over again. I really couldn't be bothered. Good graphics do not make a great game.

If you're going to make a Space Breakout 2, try to include: powerups, such as extra lives and stuff, more types of block, ball control and the hot spot, and more varied levels.
