CoLoRs NeXt
reviewed by Lazarus on 5/13/04

TechVision has been around for two years, and he has only posted a few games. I thought he was dead for awhile, to be honest. But recently he posted a great game, known as CoLoRs NeXt. It's a cool puzzle game that's hard as heck! NOW PERPARE FOR REVIEWING...ness. Here I go:

PRESENTATION: The presentation for CN are stellar! Everything was done in a very professinal manner. The title screen featured sweet 3-D graphics and a nice menu. The help file reminds me of an Apogee help menu!
Gameplay: You are a triangle thing. A variety of diffrent coloured rings (red, blue, green, multi-coloured and white) come down at you from the top of the play feild. You must shoot small triangles that are the same colour as the rings in order to destroy them. If you accedently match red with blue, green with red (ect) you will loose a hit point. If the rings hit the ground, you loose 1 hit point. To switch rings, press shift. To shoot, press control. Simple, right? WRONG FOO! This game can be frusterating at some points, but all in all, this is one fun game!
Graphics: I love the graphics for this game! All of the textures and animations are smooth. I haven't spotted on ripped graphic!

Sound and Music: The music and sound blend in well with the game. The tunes are really catchey! There is also a creepy robot voice that tells me things. Creepy, no?

Lastabilty/Overall: I think that I could play "CoLoRs NeXt" over and over. It's more addictive then coffe! So march over to the downloads section and download "CoLoRs NeXt" and enjoy!
