Sporks are clearly the funniest of kitchen utensils. I laugh every time I hear the word, but perhaps that's just because I spend too much indoors, withering away with the absence of sunlight, fuelled by Orangina from the machine down the corridor. So, first of all, well done to the author for his name.

The game asks you to install itself in a specific directory, as otherwise it won't work properly. Being a rebel, I attempted to run it from a different folder, though, and it didn't seem to make much of a difference. It may be because of the relative/absolute directory names that the author's used in the game, but TGF appears to be intelligent enough to correct them on its own. Anyway, I won't go in to that just now as it's a bit dull.

Anyway, this is another Click breakout game. The usual applies - use left and right to control your paddle, bounce the ball up the screen and try and get rid of the blocks. Typically for an early project (an easy trap to fall in to), the ball's movement is rather erratic and doesn't bounce where you would expect it to. While this does mean that the ball won't get trapped on one movement path, it also makes the ball very difficult to control and makes the task of clearing the screen of blocks rather laborious.

An added feature of this game is the fact that after a while of play time a klaxon will sound (scaring me half to death, I might add) and an "enemy" paddle will appear from the top of the screen, trying to prevent the ball from getting past it. It's an attempt at something new, but especially with the task at hand being rather difficult already it's not exactly welcome. Happily, passwords are provided in a text file so you can easily skip past levels.

A 2-player Pong game is provided, with obstacles in the play area, which might be fun for a few minutes. The ball moves slowly, though, making it not much of a challenge.

This review's been largely negative, but I just want to point out to the author improvements that could be made - I can't think of anything that this game's done atrociously, it's just that it's overly slow and perhaps overestimates the patience of a player. As a Click breakout game, it tentatively tries something new that doesn't really work, but doesn't exactly do anything badly.
