It's rather difficult to review this as it's composed of eight individual sections, but I'll have a go anyway.

"Turbo Thrust" first - it's not bad. The shooting seems to be rather hit-or-miss, though, sometimes the game will play the firing sound but nothing will happen.

"Star Collector" is hampered by Click default movement and being completely silent, but does have some nice monochrome effects. Reminded me of Osbit a bit.

"Nut Catcher" resembles one of those phone-in games that used to be on Going Live, but you don't have to bellow at it to get your character to move left or right. The background looks a bit plain, but otherwise it's OK.

"Breakout Madness" is the worst of the lot if you ask me, as it uses the default ball movement which sticks the ball very easily indeed.

"Super Toepeckers" exhibits a clever piece of physical programming, but it's over too quickly and the "angle" counter seems to matter a lot more than the "power" one.

"Pongers" has some nice visual effects in it, but the ball can sometimes get stuck going straight back and forth (much like in Breakout Madness). This has the most impressive of the graphics, though.

"Gamma Quadrant" may have a silly name, but it's also well drawn. The trouble is your ship moves blatantly too slowly, and you can go off the sides of the screen.

Endlich, "Jetpack Germans" ist ein Spiel mit einer Deutscher mit einem Jetpack. You have to avoid the bullets shot at you and collect fuel, avoiding the fire rising from the bottom of the screen. Wenn mann im Feuer gefliegt, Game Over ist es.

The whole thing is presented with a console program, but the program exits when you quit a game rather than goes back to the console. I found this rather irritating, especially as the console goes through an admittedly brief logo screen each time. Still, you can run the programs individually as well.

A problem is that, as is probably inevitable with a game like this, that the quality of the games and the way that they are played is very inconsistent. For example, some menus require you to press Space to start, others Shift, others click on a button.

It's a collection of minigames, none of them outstanding but none of them absolutely terrible either (apart from Breakout Madness) - and apart from the large inconsistencies in the individual programs I can't really see a problem with them.
