This is actually very similar to one of my first projects using Klik and Play - Super Tennis. Essentially, it's an 'update' of Pong.

The major difference is that you can move around the court in two dimensions rather than being limited to just left/right movement (or, I suppose, up/down in Pong's case). Of course, the graphics are improved on as well - they're well drawn enough, but there are some peculiarities - it may have been better to have the smoke from when a grenade explodes die out after a while, rather than remaining there for the rest of the match.

There are four arenas, which is more than enough. A couple of them even have special obstacles - the motorway level, as you might imagine, is set on a motorway where hitting a car with a grenade will destroy it (the grenade, but not the car, strangely enough). On the space level, there's... er... a squirrel in a rocket flying along the net. Well, don't look at me, I didn't make it.

The gameplay itself - the movement of the players seemed too slow for the game, and the ball bouncing was a little too random, making it pretty much impossible to reach some shots. Having to press Fire at the right time to return a shot rather than just having the ball bounce off the player (as in most first attempt tennis games) was a good feature.

The best bit in this game, though, was not the game itself, but the subtle humour in both the game and even the menu screens... not to mention the modified credits (no offence to the author!)
