Nearly there.....

Still slogging away on polishing TTT for release and fixing the last remaining bugs. Must say thanks to all beta testers that have provided feedback and a special thanks to Fanotherpg for all his help which has proved invaluable (have sent you a trophy to say thanks!)

I'm going out on a limb here and sticking in a tentative release date of 30th April. All that's left is some minor polishing work, one more round of beta testing and sticking in the new music by Johan Hargne.

You can sign up to the newsletter on the site (www.turningthetide.info) which will let you know the second the game is released!

Thanks,

Steve
New Beta Released To All Testers!
Posted 23rd Mar 09, by Steve Harris Post A Comment
Hey All,

Just a quick note to let you know that release candidate 2 of Turning The Tide has been uploaded for testing.

There are lots of bug fixes in this release but one known issue is accessing levels created by other players as this uses the list view object, which isn't compatible with fullscreen HWA. This will be fixed in the next version.

Look forward to your thoughts and bug reports!

Thanks,

Steve

Quick Update

First of all, thanks to all the beta testers that have provided some excellent feedback. Amazing how many bugs you miss when it's your own game!

On the bugs front; i've fixed most of them that were reported apart from a couple of smaller ones and 1 or 2 that I can't replicate at the moment.

As for an update on progress... myself and Hayo are having a TTT today and will hammer out all the last bits of artwork that need finishing (including the Game Over screen!).

Also TTT seems to work great in the new version of HWA but will obviously need some testing.

If you would like to join the testing team, send me a PM with your email address.

Hopefully i'll get some decent feedback which will help to improve the game. Thanks for helping out guys!
