NewsBox will be the only app you ever need to create, manage and publish your news. NewsBox uses a very simple interface to create and manage news files and features great technologies like Smart Searching to make it all easier than ever.
When you add new article to your feed you can leave them unpublished for as long as you require. Then when you are ready to publish your feed to the internet its takes a few seconds.
When the final release is done we hope to have support for RSS, Atom, Klip and HTML export with auto publish. You can also save the xml straight to your hard disk to take it with you or publish to an Intranet.
NewsBox features plenty of what we are calling "Time Savers" such as the auto complete features. These allow you to enter information into common fields, such as Author, Category, Link and Date. Everytime you create a new article these fields will be automatically filled in for you. If you change your mind or find a particular article that needs different details you can simply remove the auto complete for that article with one click.
When it comes to publishing your feed its all done through a simple 2 step wizard. The first panel lets you decided which articles will be excluded from the feed. This is useful for older articles that are no longer needed in current feeds. The next panel ask you what you would like to do with your feed. You have the choice of saving to hard disk or publishing to the internet.
We are working hard on this and it is infact the first joint application from Isaac Software and Gizmostripe Software.
