POLL RESULTS: Would you pay for games on TDC?

Well, this poll has been up forever so maybe I should change it. The results of:

Would you pay for games on TDC?

118 of the voters would be willing to pay for good TDC games, while 59 would not want to pay for a thing. 43 people said that games here at TDC would not be worth buying (how DARE you?!! lol), but 40 ~~skinflints~~ would be willing to pay if they had the money. Finally, 33 would be happy to pay if the games were better.

So, there you go. The new poll question is somewhat of a simpler nature:

If there was a Click Convention 2010 to be held in the UK, would you be interested in going?

Heh first one... Yea I would be interested because I'm currently in UK. So it wouldn't be so problematic for me.

If i could convince some people to come to a convention held here in canada I would be more then willing to organize one up here in downtown Edmonton for 2011.

Rikus that would be interesting ^^! Just I'm not sure if it wouldn't be chaper to go to Vancouver by plane and then to Edmonton by rail than to Edmonton by Plane :/

Yea if more people are interested I can look into that stuff, I think by plane is even cheaper since a flight leaves every 30 min if i remember correctly.

Of course if it would happen I would go all out organizing the thing once peeps are commited. Something to ponder about i guess.

After last year's convention I think it's best left to Clickteam staff to organize the more official conventions.

Having said that, nothing wrong with a general game making get together for those who can't travel or afford it.

A Convention in Oregon or Washington would be just as far away as Edmonton.

I think there are many, many games i would pay money for on TDC... it just depends on how much i would be willing to pay for them, that's all.

And yes, i'd defo go to a convention in the UK, almost to the point of saying "no matter where in the UK it is"!
