Do You Have What It Takes?
News posted 29th August, 2003 by ShadowCaster
Tom will be leaving the community soon and would like applicants for his admin position at DC. Do you have what it takes to be an admin here at the best community site around?

What will you do? We need someone who will be willing to scour the community for news about things that are going on outside DC, and post about them on the main page. Your role will also involve updating the main page with DC news (such as new games) if need be. Your privelages will also allow you to lock and remove forum topics, comments, and other submissions.

What do we want? Send me (ShadowCaster, not TomH) a DC message containing either a link to an article you have written which you think best shows off your writing ability, or if you havent written an article, or would prefer to write something new, you can alternatively write a brief article about anything you like and send it to me in a DC message.

Easy, eh? Those of you who sent me messages after I posted the reply in the forum about how people become admins will need to submit again with the new information.

~Mike

I might enter. I have experience in finding news with my job at Klik News. The problem may be the downloads (56k), but why not try out?

Whats that about a reply in the forums? I'm an unlikly person to get the job, but I have good writing skills (apart from spelling) so i might enter. I'm not too sure about that news thing, I'm always the last to hear news, so i doubt i'm the best person to spread it...

#include int main(void) { char* Paolo = "LikesToShowOffHowMuchHeDoesntKnow" if((Paolo==LikesToShowOffHowMuchHeDoesntKnow) || (Paolo==LikesToShowOff)) printf("Sry but I just HAD to fix it ;)"); return 0; } Sry but I just HAD to fix it ;) there wasn't a return too X)

:-\ Looks like you made more errors to me, no semi-colon after assigning paolo a value, and you tried to assign a string to a pointer. Then you have two non-initialized variables (LikesToShowOffHowMuchHeDoesntKnow and LikesToShowOff).

XD sry, next time I'll compile it before i post it.
