Whoa.. US$50??? Where would anyone get that much money to simply donate? Not that I'm saying it's a bad thing at all... anyone who's nice enough to donate about US$50 has to be either really nice or really rich. Stian here REALLY deserves some extra DC points. After all, DC points are to reward people for their actions on the DC, right? Although it's possible he already has recieved about 50,000 DC points as it is. :P
See, people, you should take after Stian's example and donate as much money as you can. It'll easily buy you more DC points than you'll ever need and you'll get an excuse to make shareware games :P. If I had more time I'd write an article on the benefits of donating.
