so i was testing my game in a friendīs computer and thats when i realized that the game wasnīt scaled when it when fullscreen all i could see is the frame really small, i have tested this before in my house since theres more than one computer and it was just fine but after that i think some computers may have a problem with this. has anyone a way to fix it?

Yeah so some newer video card drivers don't allow super small resolutions.

Just scale the game to fill the window size instead, and then maximize the window.
If you have performance issues make sure you're using the directx 9 render mode.

Your window settings should look like this:

I'd also recommend checking the box that indicates "Keep screen ratio." This makes sure that if the game isn't widescreen but it's played on a widescreen monitor, it's not all stretched out and strange-looking.
