Oh my gods, I just found a show called IT Crowd... it's a few years old, yes but it's one of the most hilarious shows I've ever seen. And to think people in my country think The Big Bang Theory is a "smart" show for "smart" people just because it references big words... this show makes The Big Bang Theory look like a wannabe.
At first I thought it was just me, until I shared a few clips with some of my friends and they all laughed their ass off too, like they've never seen it before, which really shocked me! Am I the only one in the states who knows about how awesome this show is? I wish they aired it here.
I'm not too proud to admit when America pulls a half assed version of something Britain does much better - even if it's older and not even the direct origin for the US "copy". I'm just psyched to see that all the episodes are available on Netflix! ^^ I felt cheated when I tried to go to the Channel 4 website and was told it wasn't available in my area.
It's good, but like most other stuff on British television, there's hardly any of it ever made. Only 24 episodes.
Just make sure you're watching Season 1 or 2 of The Big Bang Theory. It was pretty good and there was actual science content. Then it got popular. Season 3 and 4, on the other hand, have been dumbed down so much to the point it's just really stupid and embarrassing to watch.
Discarded pizza boxes are an indispensable source of cheese.
