Not if the consolation prize was like points or something...

If you put a million monkeys at a million keyboards, one of them will eventually write a Java program.
The rest of them will write Perl programs.

User of the Month is a really bad idea IMO. It could be too easily exploited, unless it's picked by the admins in which case people will whine and accuse them of being biased instead.

That consolation prize would eventually be as worthless as the VIP tag

Like the main prize would be worth anything to begin with.

I liked it when everybody got vapor ware ratings. When I was growing up and playing games with my brother. We had fun coming up with things for the losser to do. The vapor rating reminded of that.

I think that articles should need to be approved, like downloads. No offense to Dogzer, but his new article is a bunch of incorrect info that's only purpose was to get him points... I hat getting all excited about there finally being a new article only to find that it's poorly written or incorrect...

A Troll Battle vote where people can vent their greivances (whether petty, meaningful or just fueled by either pre-puberty blues ,middle-aged rant(mine)or old timers regrets or even the jolly old green eyed disfulfilmantlessinarism and we can all pitch in here somewhat,
and vote in the
weekly winning witty worrisome And Naughty Klikers
(just dont abreviate it)

picture it

set xtroll1 to(number of votes)
set xtroll2 to(number of votes)

if xtroll1<0 then functioncall loselife1
if xtroll2>640 then functioncall loselife2

if day$="Monday" and xtroll1>320 then functioncall loselife2
if day$="Monday" and xtroll2<320 then functioncall loselife1

yep programming does indeed destroy the brain eventually

Would you mind making code work in signatures? I.e., make it so when you use html in a signature, it shows what the code does instead of showing the code.

I'm guessing that isn't allowed because of security concerns. What sort of html code do you want in your signature?

If it's to make those links tidier, maybe you could convince the coders to add BBCode support. I think I'd jump on that wagon.

Yeah, its for the links. And I'm not entirely sure what BBCode is, but if it's just some markup language, that would be nice.
