Does anyone remember SkiFree?
I recently re-found it and decided to attempt to remake it in MMF2.

Built entirely by me, custom movements and all.

A couple of things are different from the original, although I plan on implementing them soon:

-The evil yeti is missing
-Only spins are possible off jumps and moguls, not flips
-The area is very small at the moment, but it wraps around.
-General things on the mountain: Other people, dogs, etc...
-No slaloms

I'll be finishing this off soonish, but thought you'd like to see what I'd got so far. Only one screenshot, since there's not really a lot else to show

I remember playing this... the yeti provided much entertainment

Add him and add an option to increase the chance of him coming. Also add a shotgun.

hmmm this lacks something....

it just doesn't feel like you are in control if you know what I mean. But I guess it will be better when the full version is out

Cool idea, and you get bonus points for not making it a snowboarding game. Nice graphics too, though a bit sparse at the moment. The controls seem backwards to me - I think pressing left should turn the skier to *his* left (and maybe make it 32 directions at least). I'd also like to see maybe a "tuck" button that lets you go really fast but not turn so quick. And some twintips so you can go backwards. This should be awesome when it's done - I can't wait.
