-This game is part of the Click-Museum-

Super Ken Senshi is an online shooter inspired by Raiden 2 and various others of the genre.

To play super ken, you have to wait until it can't connect, then click host.

Four players can join a game at once and try to gain the highest score they can, using a variety of 6 unique upgrading weapons.

The game features a webpage-based high score board, server browser and chat lobby.

Please briefly read the Help section before playing, or at least sometime.
Run "windowed.exe" to run the game in a window, otherwise the regular executable runs in full-screen.

NOTE:
Hold control and click 'start' for single player. If something is down (server, high score board, MOTD) and you do otherwise, you will have to wait as the game pauses and realises this.

Bah, never mind, I got it working. I am impressed! I remember there was a shoot 'em up game like this for the Sega Genesis (I don't quite remeber the name, though...) This game is my second-favorite klik-game ever!

By the way people, you can press Control to show some big arrows pointing at your ship. It's not the best way of showing who you are amonst the others, but it generally works. PS: Visit www.faind.com later to find out how to use the secret ships

Virgins... hah, I laugh. :D I'M certainly not THAT crazy about it. But I wouldn't be suprised if this smashingly-addictive game soon becomes one of the top 5 games on TDC. With bosses and even different terrain (other than grasslands, rivers and forests), this could be a top-notch commercial game! Okay, never mind, let's save that stuff for Super Ken Senshi 2 (if there will BE one, that is). By the way, what inspired you to name the game "Super Ken Senshi"?

Submit this to clickteam. ;-) This game is probly the best click online game, maybe even the best click game in the first place, someone is aways on so its not like you are always playing alown, you can make you own hosts & people most always will join you! I have yet to get all the powerups but see others with them so I know there are more I didn't get. So much go's on at once its just fun!!!

Cool games, but it still has some nasty bugs. I've joined several games and the game will go well for a level or two and then in the next level, no game anymore, no enemies, no nothing. Don't tell me it's my router, since I don't use on and it will work well in some levels and in others nothing happens. I like the game, I don't like the bugs in it. 1 player mode and some bosses would be really cool too! Also, 10/10 and so on in reviews is a bit hyped.... except for the cool multiplayer gameplay (if it will work) there's not much to the game, it looses it's charm after a while.

Sorry about the no-enemies thing, it's not necessarily all your routers fault etc etc, but thats a simple, common factor that seemed to cause the problem. If someone else hosts a game, and their connection is a bit wierd or cant handle sending information directly to an IP in the way SKS requires, everyone else will probably have trouble playing with them. When someone leaves it transfers the 'host' status (ie sending enemies) to another player, thats why it might appear to differ over levels. Anyway, I don't have control over the way it sends in that respect, and the only solution would increase most peoples pings by a lot and put a LARGE load on the server. There's the almost full explanation for everyone who's wondering.

Okay... I don't mean to be rude, but this is down-right ridiculous!! SKS is now #2 on the top 5 TDC games! Right behind Lost Valley. I don't know what's causing this 'frenzy', but it makes all the other games look so inferior... :( Maybe Rikus' urgent "download this game NOW" message has something to do with it...

I know you weren't talking to me, Pete, but I just want to clarify that I am NOT saying this large flow of postive comments is bad, and I am CERTAINLY not saying that I don't like this game (hey, I said it was my second-favorite :) ). It's just extremely bizzare how a game can earn 50 thumbs up, get 6 reviews, and climb up to the top 5 downloads in only TWO DAYS. Heck, i'll bet $1,000 that this game will surpass Lost Valley and hit number 1 by tommorrow. ZeroTau: I don't neccessarily want GOTW. I just don't want my game to "drown in the SKS tidal wave", if ya know what I mean. Spiderhead: I agree completely. The people who gave SKS the thumbs down should get their jealous, sorry arse shot out of a catapault. But when it comes to satisfaction, there's no such thing as 100%. ;)

Possibly because of these reasons: 1) It was released shortly after the end of GOTW 2) It was the weekend 3) Rikus demanded that we all download the game If the multiplayer feature didn't work well for me, I would've given it a lower score. However, it does work for me, just not when I join certain people's games (and then I host - no big deal). I also have a router. But even if it didn't work 100% (but worked when hosting an invisible game) this game is still great... IN MY OPINION. I always loved the overhead shooting games, and this is a great & challenging game. It's impossible to make a game that everyone likes. If you don't like it as much, don't go saying that everyone who really enjoys it must be drugged and blind to what you think is correct. Games, like any art form, are subjective so don't impose your opinions upon us.

One other note to n00bs. If a person hosts a game and calls it something like... say "Kirby's (SOLO)". The SOLO is there because I don't want people joining in and snatching all of my powerups or getting me killed with the yellow and gray "powerup" mentioned above. It seems like such a simple concept, but I've yet to make it through a game without some dipshit joining and ruining my shots at a high score. So please, if somebody has a game with SOLO in the title, refrain from joining.

I've got one BIG problem with this game - on my connection, i can't find any games or players online. That's the bug known to autors - they suggest to host my own game and play alone... but WHERE IS THE "HOST GAME" button? The only one i see i s "join"...

The 'host' button appears if you connect successfully. Read the chat log and if it says "Connected." it worked. With no internet connection at all it should skip it eventually and allow you to 'host'.

When i try to join nothing happens, and when i switch off the modem, it hangs on title screen ( after clicking START button ). I have a router but it works fine for me. The game uses port 1203 (and maybe 1204, if they use 'Blast Text' or dead reckoning etc.).

this game like i said is very good but 95 ups??? i mean come on! this game has worked hard but what about the other great games like Eternal daughter, Fishhead3, Entrance gate. Its more likely that they are old now so thats why less thumbs up. anyway that "Gustav: 72 hours" has been made in 3 days. good game but i dont find it should b in the top 5. this game does :)

This is a most excellent shoot-em-up game. The levels tend to get a little repetitive (since you see the same scenery throughout most of the levels), but if you have good enough players playing along with you, you can rack up an insane score. You've got no excuse NOT to download this game.
